Directions for Use
Follow the directions below for assembly and use of either the Original Vitality patch, or the Thermo patch.

Original Reflexology & Detox Patch
Assembly of the Original Reflexology & Detox Patch:
1. The Reflexology & Detox patch has a printed side. Please note that the printed side is
the part that must be attached to the sticky side of the adhesive sheet (with
the oval)
2. Remove the larger strip of protective paper from the
adhesive sheet and
place the Reflexology & Detox patch onto the center of the sticky side of the adhesive
sheet.
3. When completed, your assembled foot patch should have the sticky side facing
upward, with the Reflexology & Detox patch on top.
Thermo Reflexology & Detox Patch
Assembly of the Thermo Reflexology & Detox Patch:
1. The Reflexology & Detox patch has a printed side. Please note that the printed side
is the part that must be attached to the sticky side of the adhesive sheet
(with the oval)
2. Remove the larger strip of protective paper from the
adhesive sheet and
place the Reflexology & Detox patch onto the center of the sticky side of the fitting sheet with the
heat pad in between, as shown in the diagram.
3. When completed, your assembled foot patch should have the sticky side facing
upward, with the Reflexology & Detox patch on top and the heat pad in between (the heat pad
should not be visible to you at this point).
Directions for placing patches onto feet (for both thermo and original):
Clean the body parts properly where the pads are to be applied, then dry well. Assemble the patch as explained above for the corresponding patch you have, then take off the smaller strip of the protective paper and place the adhesive sheet (which should now have the patch on it) onto the feet or any other parts of the body you wish to treat. The whole patch should be touching the skin to allow for maximum detox.
There are three zones: the toe, center, and heel, on which you can apply the
patches to. Before going to bed simply remove the outer packaging and then
place 1 to 3 Reflexology & Detox Foot Patches horizontally across the sole of each foot,
pressing firmly to secure them. For a targeted treatment apply 1 patch to each
foot using the reflexology chart to determine which areas of your body you
would like to Detox. Apply 3 patches to each foot for a whole body detox and
revitalization.
Remove the patch in the morning and clean the skin with
warm water. Along with the change in colour, you may also notice a slight bad
odour - this is normal, and no cause for alarm.
Patches should be left on for between 6-9 hours, normally during sleep time and
then a new one should be applied the next time you go to bed each night.
Depending on the individual, the detox may require two or three days to two or
three weeks. The question of "how long" is a matter of the user's own health
conditions and lifestyle.
Once you have achieved an optimum level that you feel comfortable with, the
patches should be used as a maintenance program in order to keep the toxins
down to an acceptable level.
As a starting guide, we would suggest that on average you should consider using
these patches at least twice a week after the initial primary detoxification
program.
Directions for using on any other part of the body:
Remove the Reflexology & Detox Patch from the packaging and apply it to the targeted area. Apply as many patches as required to cover the affected area pressing and holding them firmly to secure them. Be careful not to overlap the patches adhesive as this can cause the patches to become dislodged. You can leave the patches applied for up to 36 hours depending upon bathing requirements and skin sensitivity. Re-apply as required. The patches are not to be applied to open wounds.
IMPORTANT: Each patch is to be used only once.
Do not place the patch on any open cuts/wounds, or on damaged skin. Make sure
that the side that does not have printing on it is the side that is placed onto
the skin.
Tips: Persons with serious heath problems / illnesses / allergies as
well as epilepsy should consult their doctor or therapist before using the
patch. The same applies to pregnant women.
